- Voyager Project-

A lonely exploration of dependence, desperation and the vast horrors of space - with a friend! Voyager Zero is my final year Capstone Project for Swinburne. Working in a team of eight, we are endeavouring to create an asymmetrical survival game. My role for this project is that of Art Director. I created documentation, mood boards, concept art and style guide references to ensure consistent art styles between multiple artists. I also created environment model kits for fast level design and iteration.

From Concept to our Alpha Build, you can see the process I implemented below:

- Portals of Blob -

Portals of Blob was my first game created within the Unity engine. I created and animated models in Maya, created Textures, Normal Maps, and UI in Photoshop, and used C# to program game play and interactions. This was a solo final project for an Advanced Diploma in Interactive Digital Media.

- Adventure Playground -

A 3D Playground design concept with models created in Maya and textures created in Photoshop and Substance Painter. This scene was rendered in the Unity engine.

- Garden of Forgotten Moons -

Garden of Forgotten Moons, a 3D Environment scene created and rendered in Maya. Textures were created using Substance Painter and Photoshop, with Normal Maps being created in Mudbox.

- Cold Shiver -

Cold Shiver is a personal experimental project still in development for VR. Models and environments were created in Maya, with textures being created both in Substance Painter and Photoshop. This horror room escape is being developed within the Unity game engine for HTC Vive.

- Trappist 7 -

Trappist 7 is a re imagining of the classic Space Invaders. Created in Unity in 6 weeks by Nathanial Preller, Dylan McIntosh, Sam Foote and Jessica May. My role was that of lead 3D Artist and UI Designer, creating environments and characters in Maya, using Substance Painter and Photoshop to create textures, normal maps and 2D UI, and implementing created assets within the Unity game engine.
